Compare these three sentences:

I am going there.

Sometimes it is important for people to move from one location to another.

Should I move?

The first is very direct and makes a statement of intent.  The second is more indirect and talks about moving, but does not define who is moving, might move, to where, and so on.  The third asks about movement and still defines who is possibly moving.  So think up a plane, direct thesis statement (purpose of essay) and then base some other paragraph on this that hints at it, asks about that and so on.
