On my profile under "Engagement" what are "Medals for Asking?" I don't see any way to give people medals for asking questions, so what does this mean?

hartnn (hartnn):

oh, there's a way to give medals for asking. if you ask a Question and someone gives YOU a 'Best Response' that medals counts as your medal for asking :)

hartnn (hartnn):

like if you reply here and i give you a medal, it'll add to your medals for asking... try it ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm...What exactly would be a situation where that would happen though? I mean, usually you give best response to someone who helps the asker?

hartnn (hartnn):

like if someone asks a really good question in which both asker and answerer gained knowledge, people can give the asker a Best Response for asking good Q...

OpenStudy (uri):

Can i give you a medal? @vinnv226 :3

hartnn (hartnn):

you *can* if you want to :P its not like its prohibited...

OpenStudy (uri):

Okay then bhai :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok I think I get it. Thanks guys

OpenStudy (uri):

Now your *Medal for asking* will increase* :)

hartnn (hartnn):

only one increase per Q, even if you get n medals :P welcome ^_^

OpenStudy (uri):

@hartnn <3

OpenStudy (uri):

Bestt bro xD

OpenStudy (dumbsearch2):

Yeah. In fact, a lot of my medals were gained from questions... Because I didn't really ask a question, I more started a thread, like my code contributions on OpenStudy Feedback ect.
