In two triangles, if two pairs of corresponding angles are congruent, then the triangles are similar you are right
that is what I was thinking you need two angles for the AA postulate to be considered
SSS is not at all a remotely possible option
go with D, they cannot be proven similar
but the triangles are similar... proportionally

you can not tell if the triangles are similar because the side with the 20 goes with the side with no value on the other triangle, same thing with the side of 25 and the side with the 4 goes with the side of 25
