The Union deploys units of black troops for the first time during operations along the Georgia/Florida coast. How would this impact Florida?

Florida is in the deepest part of the south, the deep south, so all of Florida's supplies are either coming the ocean or by land through the north (Georgia), well we know that the Confederate ports were all blockaded so their supplies would obviously not come from there, so the only legit choice, getting supplies by land wold seem worthy of an option... So when the troops were positioned there they werent going to allow any supplies to come in, So this is how Florida would be effected in a very grim, negative way.
