Find the x intercept if there is one y=5x^2-10x+5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know there is only one x intercept, but not sure how to get there...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

set y = o then you have a regular quadratic equation that you can solve ! then you will have your x-int

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 10 +/- square root 0 over 10 and I think that is where I'm getting a little confused..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = mx + b y = y value m= slope b=y intercept where u also find the x intercept x = x value
