T or F. A virtual image can sometimes be seen on a screen; it just depends on the situation.

It cannot be on the screen because it is virtual. To be virtual means that light seems to be coming from there, like looking though a mirror, or even looking through a pair of spectacles.

@Festinger is correct I can expand the question with another statement: "A screen is always necessary to view a real image" Actually, this is false too, and it is what happens when you look at yourself in a concave mirror: no screen, but you can see the image.
