Can we select more than one correct answer? I believe they are all correct except the third one. The integers consist of whole numbers and their negations. All positive numbers is a much bigger set and includes non integers (like 2.5, sqrt(7) etc) so the third option is definitely out. The other three answers all appear to be sets of integers greater than zero.

The largest set is the 4th one, and therefore it has the most integers greater. Thus is has the most correct answers. Wouldn't that logic dictate to go number 4?

Reread you question. Does it say "a" set of integers or "the" set of integers?
It can't be C. "All positive numbers" includes numbers that are not integers, like fractions and irrational numbers. Since the question only says which ones are sets of integers greater than 0, I'd say they're all correct except C for the reasons above.
