this i feel is a small bug and i dont know if its local or server problems but when i get a message and where it says "a moment ago" or "X hours ago" it will not start from a moment ago but it starts from 14 mins ago. im just wondering if anyone else is having this problem too.

i guess, the problem is your computer's clock is 14 minutes behind the actual time in your place. 
when same thing happened to me, i changed my computer's clock and then it was ok.
