What is the formula to find relative sound intensity when given the angle from the source, frequency, watts and the distance?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If source emits sound with spherical symmetry ,then Intensity is proportional to 1) Power of source 2) Square of distance from source \(\huge {I \propto \frac{P}{r^{2}}}\) So, ratio of intensities at 2 points is equal to inverse square ratio of the distances of the 2 points from the source.I do not understand the role of angle and frequency. I am not confident about my answer.
