OpenStudy (jkbo):

Please help.What is the solution to the system of equations? -3x-y+2z=-4 x-y+z=10 2x-3y+z=4 a.(–6, 6, 10) b.(6, –6, 10) c.(6, 6, 10) d.(6, 6, –10)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C

OpenStudy (jkbo):

@Jack172 can you explain how you got C.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x-y+z must be equal to 10, no other tuple but C satisfies this constraint, so it must be C

OpenStudy (jkbo):

alright thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

jkbo, which math class/level is this? (if you want to learn how to do it rather than learn how to deduce from multiple choice)

OpenStudy (jkbo):

@Euler271 this is alg. 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i guess we use different names here. is this the algebra class with matrices or not yet?

OpenStudy (jkbo):

I dont know who that is but this is alg. 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

have you seen matrices? like this: |dw:1374469689249:dw|
