In a Group of 12 people what is the probability that they have different birthdays?
Then out of the 12 what is the probability that 2 have the same birthday

Note that the attachment is for the probability that of a group of 3 people, all will have different birthdays. I think you can extrapolate Mr. Pleacher's technique to the 12 people in your posted problem.
