you do the Pythagorean Theorem so u have a^2 + b^2=5^2 then u get a^2+b^2=25 since its 45degrees, the 2 sides are equal so u do 25/2=12.5 that means a^2=b^2=12.5 next you square root it so\[a=b=\sqrt{12.5}\] then you do \[4\times \sqrt{12.5}\] and you should get around 14.14
