What does the Fundamental Theorem of Algebra indicate with respect to this equation? x^3-3x^2-4x-168=0

Directrix (directrix):

The theorem has to do with knowing how many roots to expect. Read about the theorem at this link and post what you think the theorem indicates for the given equation. http://www.mathsisfun.com/algebra/fundamental-theorem-algebra.html
