Well, this is kind of hard to explain without giving it away. It says the graph represents cost, y, vs. inches of diameter, x, .....after 10....

Figuring out what the after "10" applies to is a mystery since they put x right after it. Choices are the only two graphs that show something "after 10" but that's for the y variable. I'm not sure if you can determine the correct graph from the given info.

Which one has a slope of 10 and passes through the Origin? Guessing but plausible.

I gave a plausible meaning for "after". Obviously Hero doesn't like it. I'm okay with that. Sometimes, you just have to take a shot at it. It is always good to point out ambiguity that makes the problem statement perhaps not so simple as might have been intended.

Without anyone forcing me to do anything, I would punt on this one.
