A basketball is rolling with a velocity of 0.5 meters/second relative to the ground and due north. A tennis ball is rolling with a velocity of 0.25 meters/second relative to ground in the same direction of the basketball. Find the velocity of the basketball relative to tennis ball.

This question wants you to access the speed as if you were standing on the tennis ball. The basketball has a higher speed, that means that the tennis ball will never catch up. Thus, the speed is 0.5-0.25=0.25m/s
