oh ok
They get to the tomb, and open the coffin. It's empty. Van Helsing tells Arthur and Quincey that they've opened it twice before – the first time it was empty, the second Lucy was there
Lucy shows up in a form of a vampire She's carrying a child, but when she sees the men, she tosses the child onto the ground.(wow that's mean) She calls to Arthur, and he almost goes to her, but Van Helsing stops him and holds up a crucifix. (nobody got time for that)
She goes back to the tomb but she cannot open up the box because there was the communion wafer
im a lil confused... For one sec put setting and for the other put explanation please///
The characters in this scene is Lucy or Vampire Lucy, Arthur, and Van Helsing well the setting is the tomb and then they see Lucy's Tomb they open it but nothing was there and the second time they opened it Lucy was there. After that the setting changes to outside of the Tomb.
Later on outside of the Tomb Lucy shows up and was holding a baby. When she sees the men she just throws the baby to the ground and calls Arthur and he almost goes up to her but Van Helsing stops him by holding up a crucifix. She goes back to her Tomb and she tries opening the Tomb but she cannot open it because there was a communion wafer inside the Tomb.
ok here let me try my best to make a chart.

Details that describe the SETTING 1.) Lucy's Tomb it is where Lucy is located 2.) Outside of Lucy's Tomb is where they meet Vampire Lucy Explanation of how these setting details reflect the gothic tradition 1.)Well Lucy is suppose to be dead but she is a vampire 2.)It is located where a grave is 3.)The communion wafer was used Details that describe CHARACTERS. 1.) Van Helsing - He is like a priest that kills Lucy or is like a protector. 2.)Arthur - Lucy's Fiancé he goes to her Tomb so he can kill her Demonic Form which is a vampire 3.)Lucy -Van Helsing’s crew hunts down the demon she has become and kills it, following the rituals of vampire slaying, and thus restoring Lucy’s soul to her body and to heaven. Explanation of how the character reflects the gothic tradition 1.) He is like those priests that crucifies evil among the world 2.) His fiancé is a vampire and he agrees to kill her because of his fathers death 3.)Lucy she is vampire that was turned into a vampire somehow and she got eternal rest by a stake through her heart.
