A muscle cell is made up of muscle tissue.. and it is stirated, long clindrical and multinucleated. It works on voluntary control. A nerve cell is made up of nervous tissue and it has dendrites, cellbody, axon...it is located in spinal cord, nerve, brain..
So yes, I'd go with A.
The main difference between muscle cells and nerve cells is the manner in which they are transported. Both are pivotal to the structure of the body.
