find three solutions for y=2x+1

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

just plug points, like when x = 0 then y = 2(0) =1 y = 1 so you have (0,1) you can find two more

Okay well you need to find three points that would be on this line. The easiest way would be to graph it. You can start with the points (0,1), which you can use as a solution. To get the other two, use the slope to move to the next point.

Let me help you out. X = infinity --> y = Infinity X = -Infinity --> Y = -Infinity X = 0 --> Y = 1
