Solve the equation. 7+7x=-(x+4)+8(x-4)

No solution exists, if you notice after you multiply out the right hand side you would get 7x, which is the same on the left hand side. The x terms would cancel if you tried to get the x's to one side no matter what. you'd be left with 0 = a number (I didn't go that far once I saw that the x's would cancel after the first step)
