Any easy ways to remember the Kingdoms in Africa and the Natives of Central and South America?

If there's one thing I don't know enough about in history, it's the history of Africa and it's native peoples throughout history. Sorry :(

Like something like that, is what I'm looking for, or like any games or anything but it seems like theres not a lot of that online about Africa.... there's like so many weird names to remember xD

the only thing I really know about Mali is that Mansa Musa was godly rich, like richest guy ever rich.
Dejenne-Djeno were Islamic People
Ethiopia were Christian People
