78=3y /3 /3 y=26
therefore, the value of y is 26 and your answer is C. Does that make sense @thihaaung ?

but that is what the value is. because when you solve for y, that is the value that is recieved also because 26*3=78. However, if you are looking for the value of the adjacent angles, it would be 99 becuase both lines are parallel. So i suggest you try that one.
