Identify which is a solution of the inequality. x+4 / x-6 is less than/equal to 0. Choices are 6; -3; 10; -5; or none of above. I chose the answer 6 and it was counted incorrect. Can someone help?

OpenStudy (ankit042):

Solution for this problem is -4<x<6

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

more or less the same as before sherifoster, same restrictions apply can't be 6, makes the fraction undefined can't be greater than 6, makes the fraction positive and thus NOT less than 0 can't be less than -4, makes the top and bottom negative and - * - = +, NOT <0 it can be -4, makes the top 0, and = 0, so that's ok

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

so pick a choice in the interval of [ -4, 6)
