A trapezoid is a quadrilateral that has exactly two opposite sides parallel, and two opposite sides not parallel. The parallel sides are called the bases. The not parallel sides are called legs. If the legs of a trapezoid are congruent, base angles are congruent. In this case, that means angls V and W are congruent and \( 2x + 17 = 7x - 13\) Solve the equation for x.
