Determine whether the series is convergent or divergent. (1/3)+(1/6)+(1/9)+(1/12)+(1/15).... I figured out that a(subn) is (1/3)(1/n) but dont know where to go from there...

it doesnt say what the index is or what its going to so i assume its from n=1 to infinity..

and i also assume that this is a harmonic series since the "n" is not in an exponent..

my book just says it diverges....but how did you get -1?

forget what i said lol. its right, except that part about it converging lol. it diverges. and i got it from: n^(-1) = 1/n

but when i plug infinity into it, it gives me 0 which tells me its converging....im confused heh
