it gives you a few right angle indicators that really confuse the issue since it assumes that they want a precise rendering of the object.
without the other right angle indicators to show it as a true cubic form .... all we know are 3 side lengths and 2 angles

Well, I would assume that they would have us proceed as though it is a rectangular prism if there is no other information other than what is given. Otherwise the question would be pointless if we had to guess any further than that.
