Solve the equation for x. Round to 2 decimal places if necessary. I have no idea how to do this. ln(e^(x))=-4.

Alright lets get started: Are you familiar with the use of the natural logarithm?
Only what I can put into a calculator. So not much.
Ok so lets start off with a basic law: ln(e) = 1.
Second law we will use: ln(a^b) = bln(a)
Now put these two laws to use and solve the equation. Let us know if you get stuck.

Yes, correct. xln(e) = 4. Now use the first law which is quoted.
