C- because technology really was important, without it jobs would be really hard to complete

This picture is mostly focused around the people sitting on the machine that's lifting up the rock, which points directly to the C option because it's the only one that features technology. Option D isn't in the image, there are some people so B isn't applicable, and A isn't really present either.
