Students Don’t Go to Class

you sit in your first period class. You look around and see that nobody is here. Why is that? Well, it is because a lot of students at our school just do not go to class. They would rather hang out with their friends and just skip out on school. They go to the park across the street from the main entrance and just sit there instead of just sitting in class and learning. Education is not important to these students and so they find other stuff to do. One of the reasons they do this is school is boring to them. They don’t like their teachers or their classes, or even some of the students so; they find other things to do. Another reason is their parents don’t care what they do. Some parents have no clue that their kids are not in school, and the ones that don’t know probably wouldn’t care anyways. Finally, a lot of kids just have no goals; no future planned other than hanging out with friends. They do not know what they are going to do after high school so they do not do anything while they are here. That means they will not have a future, or much of a chance at having any money at all to spend. We think more students should be in school and be making plans for life after high school. Get to class! The bell is ringing!
