Probably individualism. Interventionism refers to basically messing in other countries' affairs and mostly war, socialism is way out there and not relevant. Neutrality is a possibility, but one could be supportive of the US and not want to be a soldier. It's D because being a soldier was viewed as stripping away individuality.
