I need some help explaining what this mean "Do you see the responsibilities of this job changing within the next few years" "why or why not"

Because my teacher want me to re write this answer but I am having a hard time. i need some sort of example or an idea what this means. I have email my teacher but she just repeat the question to me which doesn't help me at all.
