the bisector goes through the middle point the midpoint has an (x,y). Its x is the average of the 2 end points x's (add the x's and divide by 2) same for the y midpoint: find the average of the end point y's
for x, add 6 + -4 then divide by 2
only 1 of your choices has x=1 but to be sure, check the y
find the midpoint's y: 8 + -2 = 6 divide by 2 3 so (1,3) is the midpoint
if you think about it, the middle should be the average of the end's
