Number Theory Find if the following congruence has any solutions: \[x ^{2}+10x-6 \cong 0 \mod 223\] I think you must use the Legendre Symbol, but I'm not quite sure of the transition from the equation to the legendre (ie what to use in the L.S) Any guidance would be great!
