What is the difference between Open Study and math exchange ?

stack exchange, at least in my opinion, is more professional and not too much designed towards HW help. stack exchange tries to cover each topic once, so that a user can look at a question with similar contents to his own and understand it. Open study allows you to ask the same type of question repeatedly, i.e. it's more of a tutor site.

They can help you with homework, but you have to show what work you have done.

Your questions are also usually being answered by undergraduates or higher in mathematics, most people on there are older then 18 years.
