A. What does the quote say? Jonathan Smith was assured by a friendly American that helped him in London that in London young healthy child was taken care with respected people and cooked food
B. What does it mean? It meant that in London they did not treat the children like they were trash, and in London they nourished the kids with respect. He will mean this or he did not write the Modest Proposal.

summary: would be that there is a protagonist that is called Victor Frankenstein. He create a monster and it tried to act like how the humans act but he got the feeling of abandonment and seeks revenge on Victor Frankenstein.

The setting of the story with be at the Geneva where the Monster was created and where all this happened.

Characters related to gothic element is Frankenstein (monster) because it is the one that turns the story into intense story.

Conflict related to Gothic elements is that Frankenstein seeks revenge on his master or Victor Frankenstein for creating him and make him feel abandoned.

I don't know about grammar and mechanics you can do this part.
