Seeing that this line goes straight through the origin, we can assume there is no b term in y=mx+b, the equation of a line. Now we turn to the m, or the slope. The slope is always determined by picking two points on the line and counting how many units up or down, then dividing the number of units up or down by the number of units left to right. If the line, from left to right, goes up, then m is positive. If it goes down from left to right, then m is negative. Now we can pick the two points given: (-2,-3) and (0,0) Now the amount it goes up from -3 to 0 is 3, and the amount right is 2, so you place 3/2 (rise over run) to find the slope. B is correct.
