This is an odd question. Emailing friends to have them  forward the experience to people could be fast but that is also dependent on the recipient getting the email out in as little time as possible. A is not your answer. B and C are identical in  a way but if he has a blog, that would entail him being able to show everyone what he did. I f he has his own website, sure this would be quick if many people knew of his website... Your best bet is B. Hope this helps..
