Determine if the sequence could be geometric. If so, give the common ratio. 10, 15, 22.5, 33.75, 50.625, ...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All you need to do if you want to know if it's geometric is place the second term over the first term (15/10), then the third term over the second term (22.5/15). If, when simplified, these two are equal, then it is a geometric sequence and whatever number both of them simplified to is the ratio. Does this make sense?

Not really:(

Place the second term over the first term. What do you get?
