This is a graph of the natural logarithm, attached. In general, a log graph curves in a manner similar to this one. As x gets bigger and bigger, the slope of the graph decreases, so it "flattens out."

i get the characteristics now but i'm still confused... what does the question mean by "parts of a logarithm function"? what are the "parts of a logarithm function"?

I'm not quite sure what the author of the question means by "parts," I would ask the author of the question if possible. I think the most important thing is to know the general shape and basic characteristics of it.
