Q1: since two triangles are alike same corner will be equal thus
7b+8=11b-12
8+12=11b-7b
20 = 4b
b=5 and SR = 7b+8 ==>43
and as the second question i dont know the meaning of congruent. If you tell me I will check this too.

I just figured out the answer of 2nd questions it is asking the correspondent corner of the same shape and this is LM
