Not exactly the greatest diagram but it should be enough.
After 3 hours, Andrea has traveled 540 miles on an 80 degree heading and
Carlos has traveled 720 miles on a 210 degree heading.
Basically, this creates 2 right triangles: 1 with a hypotenuse of 540 miles and the other with a hypotenuse of 720 miles.
You might have enough information here to complete the problem.
