what is the volume of the regular pyramid below? (picture) http://i.imgur.com/0CLjHCC.png please give me the right answer.
this is really confused me.
The volume of a regular pyramid is found by taking 1/3 the area of the Base and multiplying by the height of the pyramid.
V = (1/3) B h where B is the area of the square base and h is the height of the pyramid.
V = (1/3) * B * h B = 11 * 11 because the area of a square is the square of one side h = 84 which was given
V = (1/3) * B * h V = (1/3) * (11 *11) * 84 V = @thihaaung Your task is to multiply these numbers together: (1/3) * (11 *11) * 84
