Set up the appropriate hypotheses for training for gaining this evidence. If 70 of 200 patients tested reported drowsiness, do you feel that the claim was substantiated? Justify your answer on the basis of the P value of the test.

we have 2 results that could happen:  it IS less then 40%,  or its not.

the null hypot should include an equals in it; so let:

Ho = 40%
Ha < 40%
