Summary:
This book is about a biracial girl living in New York. As the story starts to evolve, the author describes Paris an eight year old girl and her brother Malcolm running away from their foster home in Queens, New York. Paris has been bounced between to many foster homes and her mother Viola ( birth mother.) After being separated from her brother Malcolm, Paris is sent to a new foster home in Ossining New York. Now that she’s living with her new family “The Lincolns”, it is hard for her to adjust because she's different. Paris can’t seem to trust anyone in her new family. As the pages are being flipped, Paris finds a new ray of light. She joins the church choir and finds a new best friend.

This summer alright. Try starting the first sentence with the actual book name instead of being vague and putting "This book".
