I know that they are divided into two groups the Sunnis and the pelletes, their capital is Mecca, Saudi Arabia where they have the Kaaba, they have a sacred book called the Quran and that's bout it....

Pellets was an autocorrect thing... my computer changed pelletes to pellets Idk why.....but, I know that they have only one god (Allah) and I almost see it as In a way that they see Allah is almost to how we see our God (I'm catholic) They believe in him alone and pray to him alone they put him before all things, but I guess I've never really sat down and thought about it. Thank you, I do like to look into other religions, its fun to learn about the cultures, but I don't know a whole lot about the Muslim culture, but ill try to remember as much as I can

I know that almost 90% of Muslims are Sunnis and the rest are pelletes... so a large majority are Sunnis...

I let people believe what they like... I can't force my views on people. I let my self decide for myself what I want to believe. But I do like to talk about religion with others, learning new stuff about them. although my views will stay unchanged

Well we believe that God is a three in one spirit. God, Jesus, and the Holy spirit. we also believe that God sent an angel to Mary, mother of Jesus, to tell her that she will conceive the son of man, otherwise know as Jesus/God. so Mary is the mother of God. Many people who aren't Catholic think that we WORSHIP Mary, but we just give her thanks and ask for her prayers. Because the ten commandments say Thou shalt have no gods before Me so that right there shows that we don't worship Mary. Thats a big misconception.

We also believe that every sunday during mas that the bread and wine is Transformed into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, thus replaying the last supper every sunday/Saturday. When we receive the Body and Blood, we spiritually become one with God/Holy Spirit. When we receive God, its called the Sacrament of Communion\Eucharist, which you receive at the age of 8 or 9 (traditionally) or others receive it when they are older.
There is a Sacrament that goes right along with the sacrament of Communion. Its called Reconcilliation, or better known as Confession. In confession you go into a quiet private place where you are one on one with a Priest. You begin saying "Father it has been X amount of days/weeks/months/years since I have last been to confession." then you proced to tell the Priest all of the sins you have committed. after you say it all, the Priest gives you a Penance, which is something you do to repent. then You say your act of contrition which is Prayer asking God to help you through sin and to help you to make the better choices and do your penance. The Priest then gives you absolution (forgivness of sins) and you go off and do your penance. no other religion has this. No othe Christian group has it either. the Catholics are the only ones.

Personally, Going into confession is humiliating. It makes me feel Horrible to the point I just want to sit down and cry. I always dread going to confession, because when you say all that you've done wrong in front of a person, you feel embarrassed and like the person may judge you, so that's why I like to go to confession to a Priest I've never met before. Its easier for me to talk to someone I don't know.

but when its all said and done, You feel lighter, happier, and just relieved. I love getting that feeling of forgiveness and love. That's one of the many main reasons I enjoy being Catholic is because of Confession.
