solve 7/w+4=5/w+4-6/w

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

Combine all the fractions first. And could you please use proper parenthesis, I'm not sure where the fractions are ending and what's in the denominator.

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

ok so for starters multiply everything by w*(w+4); that will get rid of your denominators and leave you with: 7w = 5w - 6(w+4) Solve for w.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7w=5w-6(w+4)= -3
