if there is any relation between magnetic field & gravitational field(i have doubt because of both the field are in earth only). for instance their is always perpendicular relation between electric & magnetic field.something like that.

I haven't learned of any electric or magnetic fields interacting with gravitational fields. I haven't been in higher level physics and I haven't done any independent research in that area, though!

Magnetic and gravitational are different forces and are not related in the way that electric and magnetic forces are. The world's largest particle accelerator at CERN was set up to answer the question you're asking :)  So, good question, but we don't know the answer yet.
