can someone assist me group the following expression; 9z^2+27z-az-3a

OpenStudy (psymon):

So you need to group them in a way that when you factor both groups, you'll be left with the same answer inside of parenthesis. So if you grouped together (9z^2 + 27z) and (-az - 3a), see if you can factor something out of each group as to where you'll have the same answer inside both parenthesis. In this case it should work out, but if it doesn't, you can pick two different groups and see if you can factor those in a way that will give you equal answers inside of the parenthesis.
