how i come it: as i told u the line divide the triangle in 5:7 ratio (23:35) as they are parallel(its a theorem)owing to this fact the line SR=13 is of 2 units(7-5) and LR of 7 units which is nothing but altitude.then using area formula= 0.5*base*altitude i got 0.5*35*91/2 = option a
