This a question i have and im not sure about it because im not good with algebra at all please help!!!!!
Investigate the translations of the graph of a function by graphing the parabola y = (x-h)^2 + k
for several values of k. What do you observe about successive positions of the vertex?

lets assume for the moment that the ^2 part is zero; we end up with:

y = k

as k increase, what happens to the graoh of y=k ?
