Try drawing it out: We can assume that the hypotenuse is 18√(3), this is equivalent to the radius of the hexagon. Because two 30-60-90 triangles form an equilateral triangle, the side the hexagon is also 18 √(3). Thus the perimeter is 6 * 18√(3) = 108√(3).
